I joined Coleg Sir Gar in Summer 2024 where I started my Coleg Sir Gar journey within the Registry and Exams team. I have since had the amazing opportunity to progress within the college and I am now a proud member of the HR Talent Acquisition Team as a HR Administrator dealing with recruitment across all 7 of our campuses. It is my job as HR Administrator to ensure an excellent candidate experience from beginning to end, prepare
and publish vacancies and provide support to my peers within the HR department.

When you join the college, you instantly feel welcomed and valued. There is endless support and resources available to you to help you thrive and succeed within your role. The development opportunities are a massive aspect of working here. The encouragement throughout Coleg Sir Gar and Coleg Ceredigion to progress, whether that be within your current role or trying something new, is extremely motivating and knowing that the College is invested in bettering their staff is another reason why I am proud to work here.
