Abbie Hudson

I am the HR Recruitment Administrator and I provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in regards to the recruiting, interviewing and onboarding of potential candidates and new employees. I love being able to visit all seven of our campuses and interact with our brilliant staff. It is an exciting and rewarding role involved in many stages of the employee lifecycle, from attracting enthusiastic and innovative candidates to onboarding new employees beginning their College journey. 

The College has supported me on my career journey since day one, offering me opportunities to develop my skills and knowledge such as undertaking the CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice. I feel the College is invested in my professional development and support me in achieving my goals. 

Every campus has its own colour and it is a joy to visit each one, meeting with staff from all backgrounds and seeing the exceptional work put in to ensure the success of our learners.
