Pibwrlwyd is a friendly campus in a rural setting on the outskirts of the market town of Carmarthen which is also the commercial centre for a large and thriving area.
About Pibwrlwyd Campus
The campus is home to a wide range of curriculum that spans further and higher education. Key activities on the campus include Art and Design, Animal Science, Automotive Engineering, Business and Management, Catering and Hospitality, Equine Studies, Leisure & Tourism, Teacher Training and Veterinary Nursing. All activities are well supported by resources and facilities including:
- a state of the Art Animal and Equine studies building housing reptiles, fish and amphibians
- an indoor and outdoor riding arena with disabled access
- a dedicated Art, Design and Fashion facility
- excellent Automotive workshops
- modern ICT equipment and laboratories
- Merlin’s training restaurant which is open to the public and available for meetings & seminars
